VC7 Series Vertical shaft Impact Crusher, which are high-functioned equipment for making sand and shaping, are developed and produced by SANME. Thin oil lubrication excels traditional lubrication in many aspects: larger rotation rate, patent sealing structure, and high sand production ratio.

Perfect interchange between ROR and ROA
Rock on rock configuration produces the best shaped and most consistent material with the lowest wear cost, which is suitable for all rock types, especially for most abrasive materials; rock on anvil configuration offers high reduction ratios and high efficiency of sand making, which is suitable for medium abrasive materials. Unique crushing chamber structure enables to achieve a rapid interchange between rock on rock configuration (ROR) and rock on anvil (ROA).
Rotor with thin oil lubrication
Compare with the traditional rotor with greasing lubrication, the rotor being lubricated by thin oil provides a wide speed range, which can meet various requirements for crushing different materials; patented seal configuration enables free-maintenance without exchanging the wear parts such as oil seal, etc.

WORKING PRINCIPLE OF VC7 SERIES ROTOR CENTRIFUGAL CRUSHER

The materials fall into impeller with high-speed rotation vertically. On the force of high-speed centrifugal, the materials strike to the other part of material in a high speed. After mutual impacting, the materials will strike and rub between the impeller and the casing and then be discharged straight from the lower portion to form a closed multiple cycles. Final product is controlled by screening equipment to meet the requirement.
