project overview
The Tianjin 50-ton-per-hour steel slag crushing production line was built by SANME and put into operation in 2011. The main crushing equipment used are jaw crushers and cone crushers.
The raw materials enter the jaw crusher through the vibrating feeder for coarse crushing. The coarsely crushed materials are sent to the cone crusher by the conveyor for secondary crushing.
The secondary crushed stones are sent to the vibrating screen by the conveyor for screening.
After crushing, the material that does not meet the particle size requirements is sent back to the cone crusher for further crushing. The material that meets the particle size requirements is sent to the vibrating screen, vibrated and screened into different specifications according to the particle size, and then sent to the corresponding finished product area by the conveyor.
