The mobile crushing plant PP239HCP(A) was provided by SANME for coal crushing, feeding size 500mm, output size 0-50mm. The expected capacity was 120tph, but the actual capacity is 250tph, twice the expected capacity, which shocks the buyer.

Large pieces of coal are fed into primary crushers (such as jaw crushers) for crushing to reduce their size. Vibrating screens or other screening equipment are used to screen the initially crushed coal into different size grades for subsequent processing. The initially screened coal is fed into a pulverizer for further pulverization to achieve finer particle size and higher quality requirements. The finely crushed coal is screened again using a vibrating screen or other screening equipment to ensure that the particle size meets the requirements of subsequent processing.
